Jessica McClure, PCC, CPCC is a Las Vegas-based executive coach and facilitator. She designs and delivers bespoke leadership workshops, team offsites, and one-on-one coaching for organizations across technology, finance, private equity, startups, and the public sector, working with leaders from emerging leaders to the C-suite.

Her workshops are built around what a team actually needs: stronger trust, clearer communication, tighter alignment across functions, and leaders who can shift from firefighting to thinking ahead. Jessica pairs proven leadership frameworks with experiences only Las Vegas can offer, turning an escape room or one of the city's signature venues into a live leadership lab. Teams don't just talk about how they collaborate under pressure. They see it in action, debrief it together, and leave with specific agreements they can put to work on Monday.

Before coaching, Jessica spent 12+ years in executive sales in the REIT industry. She knows firsthand what leaders are up against: competing priorities, high stakes, and very little time to step back. That experience keeps her work practical and tied to real business results.

Jessica holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the ICF and the Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) designation from the Co-Active Institute. She is certified in Hogan Assessments and the CCL 360 suite; she works with CliftonStrengths, DiSC, Human Design, Values work and is the creator of "How Do You Show Up?", her own leadership communication style assessment.
