ABOUT JESSICA BURNETT MCCLURE

I help leaders stop second-guessing themselves — and start making the kind of impact they already know they're capable of.

Before I was a coach, I was you.

Fifteen years in commercial real estate. High performer. Always moving toward the next thing. Good at the job, respected by the people around me — and quietly wondering if this was it, and whether I was actually as capable as everyone seemed to think.

I know what it feels like to sit in a boardroom and wonder if today is the day someone figures out you're making it up as you go. I also know what it feels like to be the person in the room who actually has the answer — and hold back anyway.

That gap — between who you are and who you're allowing yourself to be — is exactly where I do my best work.

What leadership coaching actually is:

Most people don't come to coaching because something is broken. They come because something is almost right — and they can feel it.

They're performing. They're respected. But there's a decision they keep circling, a conversation they keep avoiding, a version of their leadership they can see clearly but can't quite step into.

What I offer is simple, and rare: someone in your corner who isn't inside your organization. A thought partner who will help you untangle the strategic from the personal, pressure-test your thinking before you take it into the room, and hold you accountable to the leader you said you wanted to be — not the one who's just managing the fires.

This is the conversation most leaders never get to have. Not with their boss. Not with their peers. Not with anyone who has a stake in the outcome.

That's what we do here.

How I work:

I'm ICF PCC-certified, CTI-trained, and Hogan-certified. I've worked with leaders from emerging managers through C-Suite, across industries, worldwide. I'm based in Las Vegas and work virtually with clients globally.

My approach is direct, warm, and occasionally uncomfortable — in the way that real growth usually is. I'll meet you where you are. I'll also tell you the truth when no one else will.

The work is strategic. And when you're ready, it goes deeper — because the most sustainable leadership change happens when the whole person is in the room, not just the professional one.

My story, briefly:

I left a fifteen-year corporate career to figure out who I was outside of it. I turned down my old job — remote work, first class travel, the whole package — because I knew if I went back I wouldn't get out again. That decision, made under real financial pressure with no guaranteed outcome, is the same kind of decision I help leaders make every day.

I became a coach because I hated the idea that smart, capable people should just push through self-doubt and keep climbing. There's a better way. I've lived it, and I've watched hundreds of clients live it too.

What clients say they get:

Confidence that finally matches their competence. Clarity on decisions they've been circling for months. Teams that are more accountable. A leadership presence that feels like them — not a performance of what they think a leader should look like.

And occasionally — the realization that the thing they thought was a leadership problem was something deeper. We go there too, when it's time.

A note on who I'm most lit up by:

I started my coaching career helping people find their way out of corporate. What I discovered — and what still surprises me — is that the leaders who need this work most are often the ones already inside.

The director who's finally ready to stop managing up and start leading. The executive who's been promoted into a role that requires a completely different version of themselves. The high performer who has hit every metric and still goes home feeling like something is missing.

When those clients have the hard conversation they've been avoiding for six months, hold a boundary they've never held before, build real accountability on their team — and then look at me and say that was actually fun, I want more of this

That's exactly why I do this work.
