BOOKS, BOOKS, BOOKS
To me, reading is the source for diving into new lands new wisdom, new creativity. A chance to explore new ideas and concepts.
LEADERSHIP BOOKS
PERSONAL, SPIRITUAL GROWTH
ARTISTS WAY - you don’t have to drop everything in order to find a “new path”. How to invite creativity into your everyday life.
WOMEN WHO RUN WITH THE WOLVES - My favorite book to recommend hands down. Every woman, man and teenager should read. Takes stories/fables of old to help you understand how you live your life.
SACRED CONTRACTS - an interesting take on how to understand yourself deeply. This has helped me to create a “stable” of helpers in my mind.
ENERGY OF MONEY - A deep dive in uncovering your views on money, your values and what you want out of life.
ESSENTIAL OIL DIFFUSER - purifies your house, lifts and sets your mood. I don’t know that I believe all the claims - but I know that I like my space to smell nice without all the chemicals.
Pendulum - practice asking it to show you yes, no, or ask another question. Helps you to fine tune your intuition.
& 4. For my life clients I put together an initial HUMAN DESIGN, ASTROLOGY and numerology reading. I am continually surprised by how these 3 will all point the person towards the same thing. It doesn’t predict the future, but helps give you some comfort on the journey
(no picture) iPad and apple pen with the notability app. If you are a person who likes to take handwritten notes when learning and then have 50 notebooks laying around and can’t find what you need or what book you wrote in when you want to go back…. (hand raised as this was absolutely me) this has been a life changer. I still have 3 real books that I journal in: one for writing down dreams and free-form journaling, one that is my “workbook” where I write down my daily self-care work and any new awarenesses and learnings and a third where I capture my to-do lists, projects I’m working on and brainstorming ideas. (OK there is also a 4th book — that is more like an art journal, that I doodle in, create visuals around what I want to create; annnnndddd the fifth book that I keep in my purse and is smaller and I take to whatever class I’m currently taking [I am always taking some class or three]). So obviously there is more work to be done here — I’m a writer, what can I say — but now there are currently 20 tabs with countless subdividers below it on my notability app which would have been distributed amongst all the other books and are now in one spot. I am telling you. LIFE CHANGING.
