Instead, I look for patterns—the ones that tell a story about why you are the way you are, how you're likely being perceived, and where you're meant to stretch.
From those patterns, you gain clarity and awareness. And from that awareness, you get to choose—what to lean into, what to shift, and what’s no longer serving you.
