I like to say “I help people get off the hamster wheel of their brain” and into realizing what impact they can actually be making, when they aren’t arguing with themselves which is the best track to follow.
We focus together on the impact you want to have as a leader and work together to reach that goal.
What is the Leadership Coaching Process:
Begins with a questionnaire and gaining clarity on what you want to work on.
May include: self-confidence, executive presence, speaking, leading strong teams, managing others and/or up, conflict resolution, goal setting, strategy and implementation, cross-collaboration. I also want to know how is your health, wealth, love and free-time to ensure you are living a well-rounded life.
We hold these areas of growth, while exploring what comes up in your day to day that wants to be explored. The coaching strategy is very personalized to you.
We will design together what you are looking for in the coaching journey and how you learn best (ie. tools, books, self-reflection, etc.)
Accountability and/or homework. Much of the coaching is the knowledge that is gained in between sessions as you do the “work”.
Vision of what your long term goal is and what kind of a leader you envision yourself to be.

Many of the Leaders who come to me manage people. Some are first time managers who are middle-level employees, others are high-level executives who have to make hard decisions and create the culture and the vision and/or strategy for the company without a playbook. Everyone I work with, is trying to get out of their own head of what is right, what’s too much, and what’s too little. They need a neutral voice, a thought partner, someone to hold them accountable.
