Lean OuT WORKSHOP
Lean Out the workshop was born from the need of understanding the concept of Impostor Fraud. I would love to say this isn’t an issue anymore (see: stop-telling-women-they-have-imposter-syndrome) but unfortunately I see and hear it across the board from all genders, emerging leaders and those at the top of the Executive chain.
Impostor Fraud (and it’s numerous other names) is defined as a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their skills, talents, or accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud".

ERG Workshops:
ERG (Employee Resource Groups) can be a great way to bring in specific topics with a experienced facilitator. It limits putting too much work on any one person and allows everyone to participate in the discussion, learning and wisdom, while also personalizing the content to the needs of the group.
